It shows some wear with really old scotch tape on the binder. Has great articles though most notably there are several pages of awards, and citations, to Marines whom were awarded the Navy Cross, Legion of Merit, Silver Star, Bronze Star, the Air Medal, among others. Not sure if you know that the USPS got rid of 1st Class shipping and replaced it the new G-Shipping format. Since then the quality of their service has significantly deteriorated with delivery taking 12 to 21 days (and they keep raising their prices too).
