Description: A reproduction of a first field dressing. Case contains reproduction two dressings. Each dressing is wrapped with a safety pin in wax paper and then sealed into the waterproof casing with rubber cement. Cloth materials are identical to the ww2 Aussie field dressing which the bandage and gauze are based off of. The type is as closely matched to the fonts of an original dressings. The bandage color is a bit off which I must apologize for. This will be improved in later runs. The case is hand sewn shut like an original. All the fabric and thread is 100% cotton. The date is April 1917. More dates will become available in later runs! This is the first run of this item and I will continue to make improvements. A complete and total repro. I cannot recommend this more especially if you go to Newville or need a Hands-on item for a living history event. DISCLAIMER: NOT A STERILE BANDAGE
