These vintage Culinary Arts Institute cookbooks are numbered 1 thru 20 and are sold INDIVIDUALLY to fill in your collection, or buy them all and combine shipping to save money. Choose the number(s) you need! These individual Cook Books are very similar to the Good Housekeeping Cookbook booklets that fit in a wire binder. These same cooks books by the Culinary Arts Institute have their own binder (red & white) but will also fit in the same Good Housekeeping binder (usually Green). Each Cookbook booklet measures 8 5/8" tall x 6" wide with 48 pages. All are copywrite 1950 thru 1954. All my vintage cookbooks are used, therefore expects to see normal wear & tear, food stains, bumped corners, smudges, minor tears, dog-eared pages, foxing, yellowed pages, owners name or inscription, creases, etc. Any significant damage I will list as such. A few I have listed such damage with text on a photograph. Just an FYI...I do ship all my cook books Media Mail as they do get heavy.
