When plugged in, it sounds, to me, like it may be getting a little bit of power.. but the screen isn't coming on and I'm not getting any static in the speakers. Not sure what servicing it needs. There are some scuffs, scratches, and stains throughout. The tip of the antenna is broken off. Will come as shown, so please see photos! MEASUREMENTS: Screen is about 7" diagonally.
