Vintage/Antique Men's Westclox Military Art Deco Watch 4 Repair

This watch is from that collection, as are many other brands such as Girard Perregaux, Hamilton, Mido, Elgin, Benrus, and even Le Coultre. The collection also includes some lesser-known brands from the WW2 era and early midcentury, as well as some great 1970s pieces and high-end modern watches. This listing is for a very cool, vintage, nearly antique men's Westclox watch. I believe this to be a military watch, pre WW2 but after WW1. It's a step up from the trench wristwatch but still very old! The watch case is rectangular in shape with a round watch face. It has a secondary dial for counting seconds. The watch isn't running and is sold for repair/restoration. It's appearance is quite nice for a watch of its age. The surfaces of the case and crystal have mild scuffs and scratches on them, but none are deep. The watch's crystal has yellowed with age but you can still clearly view the dial through it. The band is a spring style that stretches. I think this style of band must have been horrible to wear if you had very hairy arms! The band is detached on one end and a little bent on this same end. It actually reattaches very easily but then it also detaches again very easily, so this will need some attention to repair. I don't know much about the style of movement, other than it's very old, but I have taken many pictures to help answer any questions interested parties may have about the watch movement. This watch will make a great addition to one's vintage watch collection. Pictures are to be considered as part of the description.
