Description: For sale is a vintage 1946 Philco model 46-250 brown Bakelite AM band tube type radio. This radio needs a power cord. I bypassed the power cord (not recommended) and turned it on. The radio came on and a few stations were received but the station's signals were not very strong and a hum was present in the background indicating the electrolytic capacitors are going to need to be replaced. No back cover. Tubes and knobs are correct. Knobs turn as they should as does the dial indicator. No odors or mice nests. Cabinet needs polishing. No cracks to the cabinet.
