The plate is hand-painted (the paint is enameled on the piece) and the flowers are a raised design. The background is cobalt blue with a flowering tree in white, red, green and brown. 9" in diameter. The colors are vibrant and have a nice shine to them. No chips or cracks but some crazing is evident on the back. Signed by the artist.
