You score points by flipping the spring action lever to shoot the ball into the basket. Score is kept on the wheels at the opposite ends of the court. This game looks like it was hardly played with. Maybe not at all. The ball used in the game is a ping pong ball. Looking at the instructions I believe this is correct. It may not be the original game ball. The box shows wear on the edges and the levers show signs of oxidation. It still functions properly. A neat item to add to your man cave or game room.
