The setting is sterling silver. It has a beautiful cabled design and bead ball work. There is a makers hallmark on the back. It is also marked STER. this stands for 925 sterling silver. It measures approximately 7/8" long and 5/8" wide. It is in nice vintage condition with any minimal wear consistent with age or use. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
