Description: For sale is a shot glass advertising Southern Railway, which merged with Norfolk & Western Railway in 1982 to become Norfolk Southern Railway. The Southern Railway logo is in green paint with the tagline "The Railway System That Gives a Green Light to Innovation" immediately below it. 1-ounce and 2-ounce pour lines are also in green paint. Between the pour lines is the factoid "On Southern Railway 2 oz. of Diesel Fuel Moves 1 Ton of Freight 3.5 Miles." CONDITION: The shot glass is in mint condition with absolutely no chips, flea bites, cracks, or wear. The green paint is crisp, clean and 100% in all areas, also. The base is 1 3/4" in diameter. The two pour lines are for 1 ounce and 2 ounces, but fill the shot glass to the top for 3 ounces. The shot glass weighs 7.3 oz.
