The "De Luxe" Olympia SM9 model from 1971 (according to the serial number), and is the most sought after version, actually produced from 1969 to 1977. It sported the new (brighter white colored) body shell and also introduced the all caps logo). Beginning in 1969, the tab set feature was moved from either side of the spacebar to the left of the keyboard (while the touch selector that had previously been on that side was moved to underneath the ribbon cover). Starting in 1977, the roller knobs were changed to completely black, along with some other modifications, which some consider to have been a lower quality version of the SM9. 4F
