Here is the 411 on this pen: The Good - This pen is over 110 years old. It has a beautiful gold nib, inscribed "Sheaffer's 3 Made in USA" that dipped a smooth FINE. The section, barrel and nib are in excellent condition. The barrel inscription is fabulous. The Bad - The sac inside needs to be replaced but I can't get the section out to do so. The Ugly - The taper has been chewed up, especially the part nearest the barrel. See first and last pics.
