Description: These rims are for the restoration of certain 1990 era GT hybrid bikes like the Continuum or Tachyon that used a weird size rim that only GT specified. These rims have been collecting dust and light shop wear for over 25 years. I believe they are clear anodized but even if they are not they have a shiny clear look to them. Since they have never been built there is obviously no wear to the sidewall brake surfaces. They accept tubes with Shrader valve stem and are for 36 hole tubs 700 D rims have an effective rim diameter of 583 mm whereas a 700 C rim has an ERD of 622 mm as a point of reference. A 650 B rim or a 27.5" rim use a tire with a 584 mm ERD. This size tire should fit this 700D rim but I am not going to state with absolute certainty that it will. If you have a vintage bike using 700D wheels you will know what tire to use
