Description: Vintage NATO passport wood plaque. Unsure of which unit or organization would have awarded this. Does have the doctor's nickname "Doc Jack", and does say "Sp Ops". About 6.5x9.5", epoxy finish over wood. From the estate of a psychiatrist who served as a military doctor from the late 1970s through the late 1980s (5 years in the Navy, next 5 in the Air Force). He had a number of beautiful mementos from the units he worked with, including the special operations units.
