Description: As found appears all original but I am not an expert if it was redone it was redone very well. Missing an S hook for one leather strap. Missing a cap on rear rim left side. I believe it is missing pedal plates but I could be wrong. It needs some work to make it perfect some hardware may need replaced for example it has a clip holding one wheel on doesn’t look like it is correct. It does pedal and move.
