Description: TRUE VINTAGE MID-CENTURY PORTABLE MUSICAL 12 KEY XYLOPHONE TIN TOY, WOOD BASE - ORIGINAL BOX w/ WRAP-AROUND COVER + HAMMER - 12 COLORFUL ANIMALS - MUSICAL SCORES ON INSIDE LID This true vintage MUSICAL 12 KEY XYLOPHONE TIN TOY is on a wooden base. It is portable and has it’s original wrap-a-round box. This box has a snap closure and carrying strap on the front and back sides. The end sides are open and flush with the wooden base. The inside of the box flap has two musical scores to follow and play “THREE BLIND MICE” and “TWINKLE, TWINKLE LITTLE STAR”. The wooden hammer is also original to this toy. The colorful keys are mounted to wooden rails, which are mounted within a full wooden tray. Measurements: Overall: 1 inch High x 13 inches Wide x 5 1/2 inches Deep Condition: In overall good vintage condition, with the box showing signs of wear and use. The lid is missing one snap tab closure. The end panel is written "Xylophone". Please see photographs.
