Binding is tight & intact. I suspect the book was read once, then stored. It belonged to a woman from, Newton, Iowa. Her husband and sons were prominent Lawyers there. The homestead was abandoned and it was evident they were avid readers. Their book collection was quite impressive and utterly amazing. Their is some odor of must/mold.
