N.Y.” Some tool handles are marked “KEUFFE & ESSER CO.” I count 10 tools in depressions - all depressions filled. Some tools have slight spots of oxidation. I see no rust, tarnish, or soiling. I turned several knobs and they turned freely. The case is complete and protects the tools very well. Wear and scuffing can be seen on edges, folds, and ends of the case. See photos.
