Zippers and buttons up the top half of the front, with two front zipper pockets. Elastic waist, nice and stretchy. No rips, tears or holes. There are a few light marks near the bottom of the legs, and it's a bit wrinkled. Has a bit of a dusty odor, has been in storage for a long time. Good times!
