It is mid-length to long depending on your height. It has short flare sleeves and a V-neck with a pearly button. It's a beautiful bright royal blue and features pink, red, yellow and green hibiscus flowers and sweeping white design elements. The material is a silky feel and lightweight. A truly beautiful one-of-a-kind handmade piece! It is like new and has NO stains, rips, holes, snags or odors.
