Description: Vintage Ceramic Instant Coffee Canister/Jar Spoon Slot Fun Graphics Hand Painted. This is a vintage, hand painted instant coffee container. The graphics include a green decanter with a yellow flower, hanging lantern lamp and two glasses against a brick wall. "Instant Coffee" is written in script across the top. I'm guessing this was made in Japan in the 1960's, however it is not marked as such. There is a stamped mark on the bottom, but it is worn and illegible. There is crazing both inside and out. The lid probably had cork around it at one time, but it has been removed, more than likely because of its age and deterioration. There is a slot for a spoon, but no spoon comes with it. There are a couple tiny spots of paint loss on the handle from use. Please see all photos for condition. It measures 5.25" tall x 3 7/8 " long x 4 1/8" wide. Ships using Priority Mail.
