Vintage brass cap for glass beads or drops 5mm

Description: These are original vintage solid brass ribbed caps for beads or stones. They measure 5mm tall and are 4 ½ mm wide at the widest part of the bottom. These are terrific for gluing drops into or for cap tops for beads, or as a finish for the end of a strand of beads. These are wonderful to work with and look very nice on any piece. There are 60 of these bead caps in this group. In the early days beads were strung on strings and stones were packed in paper, so they may have rubbed against each other and have very, very tiny nicks. Some of the foil may have rubbed off the back of some of the stones, but we do try to send you the best possible. I usually throw in an extra stone or bead, just in case there is one that is not quite perfect. We sell old stock that has never been used, but it is never going to look like brand new or imported items.
