To me, this vintage BCBG dress is in what I call excellent vintage condition. It is not new. Lovingly worn and well taken care of. I see no holes, stains or serious signs or wear or repair. I would definitely keep this one for myself if it was my size. If it is your size, I think you will absolutely love it! The outer layer is silk and the detail work on the top is adorable.
