Description: A pair of Bausch & Lomb 1/10 12 KGF Ful-Vue rim-less bifocal glasses with an unusual (irregular octagon) shaped lens with the case and an optometrist appointment card from April 1939 in California, PA. I have blocked out the last name on the appointment card in the pictures, but not on the actual card. In good condition with the exception of a very small nick on the lower left edge of the left lens. Nose bridge piece is engraved with "B & L 1/10 12 KGF" (visible in picture) and left ear piece is engraved with "??? 12 KGF FULVUE" (couldn't make out the first few letters even with a really close up magnifying glass and couldn't get the camera to focus on it), Outside of nose bridge piece and ear pieces have an engraved pattern on them. Could probably use some cleaning. Please look at pictures and use the zoom feature to get better idea of condition. Selling in AS_IS, AS PICTURED condition !!! All questions welcomed and will be answered promptly.
