It is an original from Mattel and made specifically for Barbie as part of the Ponytail Barbie product line and fits a 12-inch fashion doll. It is in excellent used condition, with little, if any, signs of wear, no tears, holes, or stains that I have noticed. The zipper is intact and in excellent working condition.
