Description: This vintage hand carved and hand painted Anri wooden music box features a revolving top while playing Edelweiss. A sweet young girl holds her violin/fiddle while birds perch on a nearby tree top and fence, and two others peck about the mushrooms and flowers. The Anri music box with Thorens Swiss musical movement is marked with both logos, and has a fixed winding key with the Thorens metal tag and push stop mechanism. The box with its carved wood design stands 6" high and 5" wide, and is in very good condition for its age. She would like to join your collection.
