Description: Vintage 1950's Alps brand VIA Rockvale Toys made in Japan, antique tin litho metal toy : Balloon blowing Panda Bear, it is battery operated and approx. 11" tall .The battery functions did work when tested, body parts move, his eyes light up . Tin litho parts/ the battery box and the metal connection terminals are super clean, no corrosion issues. , The toy is in used, pre-owned condition with some wear and aging visible .
