Featuring side of skirt pockets, skirt lining, cuffed short sleeves, collar, front breast pockets, shoulder pads, belt and elastic waist. No fabric details but feels and looks like cotton or a cotton blend. No sizing on dress but fits like a small up to a medium. Top is roomy and waist is elastic with flare skirt, so could accommodate a range of sizes.
