Description: VINTAGE 1970s HEUER MONZA PVD CHRONOGRAPH WATCH REF:150.501 (4 PARTS OR REPAIR) DESCRIPTION & CONDITION: Vintage circa 1970, black PVD plated top over a stainless steel screw down case back Heuer Monza Caliber 15 chronograph watch FOR PARTS OR REPAIR. The watch will run when wound or "flicked' and the balance has a nice pulse. The chrono function is currently stuck in a state of activation so the sweep is moving and the register is working correctly. The top and bottom buttons are not operating but do have a bit of push when pressed. Very nice dial. Cracked crystal. Obvious and severe wear to the right side of the case and pitting around the case back but the stainless case back screws down smoothly and appears flush and secure against the top of the case. The watch will set and wind but the crown is shot. The watch will actually show well on the wrist as most of the case wear is on the side.
