This is framed. The size is approximately 17 3/4 inches by 21 3/4 inches tall overall, sight area is 15 1/2 inches by 19 3/4 inches tall. CONDITION: This is in Good condition with some paint/finish ware/loss, some stains on matting, and it could use a cleaning. The pictures are part of the description, so please view all pictures.
