Description: Hello and welcome to The House of Chrome. You are looking at a 1960's era microphone cable with a female Amphenol 5/8 X 27 connector to male 1/4 inch end connector. This cable was commonly used on a whole slew of vintage American microphones and mic cables during the 1930's to the 1970's. The actual connector that attaches to the microphone is called an 75-MC1F-385 and can be seen in pic # 2. This cable was generally used as an extension for another cable or to add a male 1/4 inch connection to another 5/8 cable. It has a few different purposes really. The cable itself is still soft and pliable with zero cracks or damage. No exterior stains on the cable. Very nice looking condition overall and works perfectly. The cable with connectors is appx 10 inches in length. You can use this cable with several makes and models. Hundreds of different models really.
