In great condition - minor yellowing of paper and one small tear on bottom of last page. Please note that many of the items I list are vintage and have been found at estate and other sales. They are in the condition that I bought them and cannot say what environment (pet , smoke, etc.) they came from. Some of these items may have been in several households throughout the years.
