Shoulder to shoulder = 11.5 inches Chest = little over 30 inches waist = 22 inches Length = 28.5 inches This does need a hem. It has a decent repair and small holes on the front at the bottom. It has some spotting. I have not done anything to clean or repair. Please see the photos.
