Blue\Green colored alligator skin feel with the MONOPOLY name in GOLD (see pictures). The black centerfold material is not split. The board is dated 1935, 1946.· 28 Property cards – have a bright white back and overall clean, these show usage (creases).· 16 Community Chest cards – Off yellow color with clean edges, some have light creases.· 16 Chance cards – Orange\Red color with clean edges, some have light creases.· 2 Dice· 10 Metal tokens· Money· Money Tray· 32 wood houses· 12 Hotels with Grand Hotel in gold· Rule Book dated 1936· Short Monopoly Rule Book dated 1936 1947. The 3 inner boxes are very clean – Money Tray & 2 Green parts under trays.Gameboard Condition: Has some staining, otherwise in great condition. The spine is very solid. Game Pieces: All game pieces appear in nice clean condition. A few of the property cards have a creases and very few age marks on them. This game is in played with condition (see pictures).
