Description: This is a 1940s era sterling cuff bracelet from the Omega Phi Sigma sorority/fraternity. The inside of the bracelet is stamped STERLING and is named "Betty Stipher". A good search of the name showed that name listed in a 1941 article in The Wooster Voice, which I presume was the newspaper for Oberlin College. The second article I found with this name was a 1943 article in the Indianapolis Star regarding her wedding with Lieutenant Dana Stewart.
