It has wide black silk lace around the bottom of a sheer cape layer. The fabric is gathered around the dropped waist. Handkerchief hem with more wide black lace. The dress is sheer and unlined, pullover style with no openings. CONDITION: The dress is in good condition. There is yellow discolor under both are and the fabric there is delicate with tears and holes. Small scattered holes in the chiffon and the lace.
