Each house has removeable rooftops for accessing minis inside, as well as removeable rooftops on the guard towers. The entire set is designed to be modular, and can be setup and arranged in any way that you'd like. The main walls and houses can be re-used as different styles of forts and towns, allowing the entire set to be used again and again.
