These measurements best correlate with a Large (18-20) gown.The fabric is a cotton blend of 70% cotton and 30% rayon. The rayon is what gives the gown or housedress lots of stretch---hence of their choice of sizing definition. The fabric itself is so unique with what looks like columns of stitching that lightly gathers the fabric itself, providing a fabulous texture to the material. The 70% cotton is breathable, and with the beautiful flowing of the gown itself, it should be a comfortable choice to keep you cool during the hotter days and nights. Check out the photos.
