Description: This is a raw book. I am not a professional grader, but from what I can tell the book is in decent shape for 50+ years old. Major flaw is a 1” tear on the spine from the bottom, and the spine does show some wear. Other flaws are minor and could be improved through a good clean and moisture/press. Take a look at the pics. Any other flaws such as spine roll, spine ticks, abrasion on corners are minor. The staples look rust free. Probably a low+ grade book, but could be cleaned up some.
