The Lucky Draw PCs (A and B) are made of PVC material, and the special benefit photocards are the normal photocard cardstock material. The special benefit photocards were given out 1 for every 2 albums purchased. If you are not familiar with PVC photocards, please be aware that they almost always have scratches/imperfections due to the nature of the material. When buying them, they fall out of a machine (like a vending machine). Please don't purchase PVC photocards if you are picky.All items are in mint condition.They will be sleeved and packaged with care in a toploader. Items will be well protected, please rest assured. Shipping Information Two shipping options for USA buyers:1. eBay Standard Envelope for Trading Cards, Stamps, Postcards & Coins - Sent in a PWE. Tracking updates when the mailpiece is scanned by the processing equipment at the origin and destination facilities. 2. USPS First Class (recommended if buying more than $50) - Sent in a bubble mailer (more protection). Tracking updates when the mailpiece is picked up by the mail carrier, when it reaches a facility, when it is delivered, etc. Two shipping options for international buyers**: 1. eBay International Standard Delivery - Tracking updates are through eBay only. eBay works with multiple shipping carriers to deliver the item. Tracking number is not valid/trackable outside of eBay. 2. USPS First Class Mail International / First Class Package International Service - Receive a tracking number that can be tracked via 17track or your local postal service's website.
