This note is circulated and has the following: folding and wear (also has heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall light staining; edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas - especially the top edge which is jagged); edge indents/nicks (if any tears exist they are small); surface wear; no holes that I could see.
