This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - folded-over areas and areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/damaged - edges rough/damaged in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist and some are very large and damaging); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss and surface damage exist); several holes exist; pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
