It’s still has its plastic protective sleeve on its tail to confirmed it had never been used. It measures 12” tall. Some background on this… The Pokémon Company converted Tomy Figures that were already for sale in Japan to be translated for sale at the PCNY location. Translated packaging/figures included various Tomy made figures including the black box series, trainer sets, Moncolle collector storage cases, and this jumbo electronic Pikachu. The North America Pokémon Center versions of original Tomy products are naturally much harder to find than the Japanese Pokémon Center version given PCNY’s short existence.
