Description: Our Video Cassettes Our video cassettes are carefully evaluated before sale and we grade them as honestly as possible. Due to the amount of merchandise we sell on ebay, we adhere to a simple grading scale. For video cassettes, it is as follows: Brand New VHS tape comes sealed in shrink wrap or some sort of factory bag or packaging. There may be minor damage to the shrink wrap, but the cassette is brand new and unopened. Like New Item is near flawless and looks as though it was just unwrapped. There may be minute signs of use, but they will be barely noticeable. Very Good Item has some visible flaw or flaws, but is still in very nice condition. There may be minor shelf wear to the case, or a bit of damage or sticker residue. The cassette may have minor scuffs or discoloration. Video quality will be pleasing if not perfect. Good Item has obvious signs of wear. Cassette may be scratched or cracked. There may be stains on the slipcase or faded print. There may be writing on the cassette or cover. But it will still look decent and be playable. Acceptable Item may ship without a slipcover. Cassette might play with static or have momentary distortion. Cassette may be scuffed or have faded print. If an item is listed as acceptable, we will disclose why it was deemed 'acceptable' so you are aware of what the issue is. All our tapes ship in a padded envelope or box with a tracking number. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we can only visually inspect VHS tapes. We check for mold on the tape and make sure to flip up the lip to check for damage to the tape, but that is all we have time to do. Make sure to check the video quality of your purchase within the two week return period and if you are not satisfied we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Please note: cassettes are usually decades old and we cannot guarantee how long they will work. We only guarantee that you will get a working VHS tape. We do not refund VHS tapes if your player "eats" them or the tape breaks four months down the road. REFUND POLICY: If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. You must return the item in the condition that it was shipped to you, and customer must cover return postage. We do NOT reimburse return postage. New items that are returned open are subject to a 30% restock fee. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if an item is returned in damaged condition or we receive a swapped item. Buyers who abuse our refund policy will be blocked.
