This was made at Stickney's Ferrotypes Shop at 743 Broadway (Across From Astor Place) in New York, New York.The paper frame dates it to about 1860-1869. Including the paper frameholder this precious image measures 2.5" x 4.0". The little gem tintypeor ferrotype itself measures 1.25" x 0.75"; of course the oval it is framedby only measures 6/8" x 0.75". This young Miss is beautiful. You mightfall in love with her! The Shop info on the back says "Ferrotypes finishedin 15 minutes".
