Once again what we found was of treasure trove of new, vintage, used electronics products, and installation parts they had collected over the years. Our find is your treasure. Thorens have been around for over 100 years originally making music boxes and clocks in Germany. They started making Edison "cylinder" turntables in 1903. But, this isn't your Daddy's Thoren's turntable! That's for sure! Wow did we get excited when we found this HOTTT RED Thorens turntable in this retro guitar design that was open...but, never assembled (we can tell by all of the unopened original packing).The platter still has the paper tape locking it down. We did and and magnified inspection of the stylus (see pics).Stand out in the crowd with this Thorens German quality a the cool design.Dust covers were option on this turntable. It is not included.Fine Print that is not that fine: Condition: New Open Box. MINT. We took it out of the box to be 100% sure All Contents, accessories, cables, balances, original manuals, and packing is 100% included with AT95B cartridge. Thoren's turntables are made in Germany. HOT RED- rare color.! Makes you feel like you have a Fender Custom Strat to play your records! Many pieces like platter, belt, and others still factory sealed. Check out the magnified pictures for the Stylus. Can't say we shipped it to you broken. We left everything intact and sealed. Not tested as it would lose its value being previously hooked up and played. Plus you take the fun out of set up! Cool serial number 325430001 (first in series? I don't know).
