The overglaze layer of soft sage green allows some of the blue-green turquoise underglaze to show through. Shape 51, designed by William D. Gates, and documented on page 133 of the book "Teco: Art Pottery of the Prairie School" by Sharon S. Darling. Beautiful and hard to find Arts and Crafts pottery, produced 1902-1930.Condition: No chips, cracks or repairs. Fine overall crazing, most noticeable at the bottom. Factory color skips at the rim. Marks: Two impressed Teco marks.
