I do not use terms like RARE, MONSTER, KILLER, HOLY GRAIL, ETC, ETC.. I've found that collectors know what they are bidding on and don't require a seller to let them know. I will not take a record down, accept a lessor offer or relist at a reduced price. Everything will be done following Ebay guidelines.
