Size on belt is 34, but check ALL of the following measurements for proper sizing fit BEFORE buying, compare to one of your own belts as these belts run smaller than your actual waist size size: Measures 39.5 inches long including the buckle and has 5 notch holes. Measures 34 inches to the first notch hole and 37 inches to the last notch hole (including buckle.) It would likely fit a 31-32 inch waist the best.
