Description: This small antique painting shows a serene mountain landscape. It looks to be spring with new leaves on the trees and wildflowers blooming. A stream gently meanders towards the snowcapped peaks beyond. It is signed by the artist in the lower left. On the back there is an original tag that dates this painting to 1930. The painting measures 7" x 9 3/4" and is oil on board. With the gold painted wooden frame it measures 8 3/4" x 11 1/2". The painting is in only fair condition with some flaking paint and it could use a cleaning.
